First check whether the new image was saved and whether it is the primary photo.
- Open My Dogs and review the listing’s photo or media controls. Check that the upload completed successfully.
- If the new image is an additional gallery picture, use the default-photo control to make it the main picture.
- Reload the public ad. Your browser or the site’s image cache may temporarily show an older copy.
- If the saved primary photo is still wrong after refreshing, contact support with the ad ID and a description of the image you selected.
Keep in mind: You do not need to create another ad to replace a picture.
